WTVQ ndash; Richmond police say three people are in jail after one of them tried using counterfeit money at the Redi Mart on N. Raleigh, 27, had tried to use a counterfeit $100 bill to make a purchase. Raleigh, 26, who was determined to be intoxicated. Whittamore was also at the scene with the two men, and was arrested. Officers say they found her in possession of a syringe, heroin, and two Tizanidine pills.Amber WhittamoreAll three were taken to the Madison Co. Detention Center.
